La Trobe University, Melbourne. Back in Kanpur since 2009. Nearly two decades inside the Akashdeep Group — operations, accounts, hospital administration, and the daily reality of running organisations without the right tools.
Started building software again in 2026 after fifteen years away from code. Four months later: four live systems running at a real hospital, handling payroll for 75 people, tracking assets, managing nursing shifts.
